About the Project: Detailed planning of the exclusive office building for high-tech and bio-tech industry.
Special design was performed concerning the exposure and characterization of the building as related to the facades especially those that are seen from far. All the percentage of the building space was used in preparing the plans and this enabled the bio-tech industries to settle comfortably. The lobby as well as the halls of all the floors were also designed.
