About the Project: Detailed planning of the "neighborhood" Commercial Center having 2 underground stories and over ground -being 3 stories high.
The plot being narrow and long, developed this special plan. The sides of the building "draw" the contour of the plot and the open spaces are in the center - thus embellishing the commercial areas and creating a feeling of an exclusive Open Space.
The Center is made up of 2 blocks, one of which is turned in relation to the other creating a certain "interest" and breaking the "box" effect and embellishing the appearance of the Center.
