About the Project: Detailed planning of the prestigious tower with a unique structure. Instructions in the outline plan - 2000 wide/ 3 high, enables an additional 40 sq. m. to every flat having a covered balcony. This fact led to the planning of a graded tower: in its lower stories - flats with sun
balconies of 22 sq.m.
The tower has an impressive Atrium in the main entrance, its height being 5 stories high.
